- A company that suggests that a Processor works for the Government or HUD/FHA
while locating and assisting former borrowers recover their unclaimed refunds
and are to be paid by the Government.
- Any company claiming they
are the Authorized, the Affiliated or the Official Rrepresentative of either the
Federal Government or HUD/FHA. Such a claim is false.No such relationship or partnership
exists. This work from home opportunity is available to anyone.
- Anyone
who tries to sell printed copies of HUD's Tracer Lists. HUD/FHA updates each State's
Tracer List monthly. Over time, a few companies have acquired many of the Tracer
Lists and have merely Xeroxed to resell. Those Tracer Lists are possibly years
old.
- A company that does not have a Customer Service Department
to answer any questions while you are learning to become a successful Processor.
